Sharon Marchisello

Sharon Marchisello is the author of two mysteries published by Sunbury Press. Going Home (2014) was inspired by her mother's battle with Alzheimer's disease. Secrets of the Galapagos (2019) deals with mayhem on a Galapagos cruise.
Besides novels, Sharon has had short stories published in anthologies and online magazines, one of which was a 2022 Derringer finalist. She has also written travel articles, corporate training manuals, screenplays, nonfiction, and book reviews. She earned a Bachelor's degree in French from the University of Houston and a Master's in Professional Writing from the University of Southern California. She is an active member of Sisters in Crime, the Atlanta Writers' Club, Hometown Novel Writers Association, and several critique groups.
Sharon grew up in Tyler, Texas, and spent a year in France as a Rotary scholar. Retired from a 27-year career with Delta Air Lines, where she worked in customer service and training, she now lives in Peachtree City, Georgia. She serves on the boards of the Fayette Humane Society and the Friends of the Peachtree City Library and was the guest author speaker at the 2023 Friends of Georgia Libraries annual meeting.
